Wellingtons Developments Ltd are currently serving as Development Managers, working alongside Asset Managers to advise the client on a major redevelopment of the site known as One Burlington Lane which is located directly on the Chiswick round-about.
The site is currently an existing office building that will soon be made vacant and the entire site will be made available for re-development. Following extensive feasibility studies, the direction of the project is pursuing a Planning Application that promotes an Office Building Development of a basement parking, ground floor and 6 floors of office space.
Once securing and banking the proposal with the planning, Wellingtons Developments Ltd will aim to further to secure additional value to the site through detailed assessment and value engineering of the design and content prior to the initiation of the documentation for development. It will be the intention to follow the entire process of the development providing the client with dependable sensible property development advice.
