Wellingtons Developments Ltd. are commissioned as Development Managers and Project Directors to facilitate the high end residential project of 8 Chesterfield Hill.
It is an existing building that is located on the corner of Chesterfield Hill and Farm Street. The current building is and existing non-listed mixed use development (commercial and residential) which is planned for replacement with a high-end residential property consisting of 5 apartments over 3 floors of building (B1 + G + 3 floors). The upper floors dedicated to a penthouse duplex.
The process of achieving the highest returns for the property have been a challenge in respect to the overall planning process set out by Westminster City Council, as well as achieving the most desirable and efficient layouts that suit this unique site.
